Ribbed metal panels
Ribbed metal panels are an inexpensive material, suitable for roofs and other exterior applications. A wide selection of profiles with the height ranging from 1/4 inch to 7 and 1/16 inch, and various types of sheet metal (zinc-coated, plated) allows for a variety of roofing applications, gates and fencing, and other exterior applications in residential and commercial buildings. Low-rib panels can be used for roofs and elevations of single-family residences, garages and small commercial facilities. High-rib panels can be used for unsupported roof areas spanning large areas and in structural applications. The highest rib T160 is used for large commercial, trade and service facilities. It is suitable for weight-bearing structures, roofs with large spans (large area insulated flat roofs) and ceilings.
Applications:
- roofs with pitches over 3/12
- exterior walls
- structural component
Ribbed metal panels are made of zinc coated, aluminum-coated and plated steel sheet or plated aluminum sheet (sheet thickness of 16 -26 gauge).
Ribbed metal panels are durable, rigid and inexpensive.
